The meals taste fine overall, but I got the feeling quickly that the choices weren’t really for me. Nothing was bad, exactly, it just started to feel repetitive after a while, and my gut reaction was that I’d probably get bored sticking with it...

I really wanted to like thechickenpound.com, and maybe it works better for some people, but the prices felt a little high to me for what you’re getting. Once I added shipping, it just didn’t seem like much of a deal anymore.

I know food prices have gone up pretty much everywhere, so maybe that’s part of it, but this still felt more expensive than I expected. I’ll probably shop around a bit next time before ordering again

I was hoping for clear macros and a proper ingredient list, but the info was so vague it felt like they barely tried. If I’m going to eat something, I’d like to actually know what’s in it. This just made it hard to trust.

I tend to notice little patterns with food deliveries, and usually when the outside box looks rough, the inside is at least packed tightly enough to make up for it. This one wasn’t. For frozen food, I expected more care and a much more secure setup. Not something I’m eager to deal with again.

I’ve emailed customer service a couple times now and it feels like they just ignore everything. No reply, no update, nothing. Frustrating tbh.
